You can get to other terminals via tube and shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. Costs about 10 US dollars. Just needed it for an early flight but it was great."

"4 star service at reception but poor service at breakfast ..nobody around..even went into the kitchen to find a staff member and waited 10 minutes to sit down.. so fed up we didn't bother to eat it on the end..hot breakfast looked cold.. need electric points moved as no room to plug sm extension lead on and no usb points .. receptionist apologised..shame as the rest of the stay was good and nice enough room for the price "
