"Beautiful old building sympathetically converted to a hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location makes the Angel a perfect stop for a short visit. The added bonus of Bills restaurant in the hotel is ideal. And a very good breakfast. The only negative is the street noise. Businesses in the side lane setting up tables and chairs made a very noises wake up call very early in a morning. "HORRENDOUS. DO NOT BOOK. The room was dilapidated, with no coffee or TV and the shower did not work properly. “24 hour airport shuttle” was listed as an amenity; however, when we called to enquire as to how to access it were told to get an Uber. What staff we were able to reach were not at all helpful and / or unresponsive. There is no-one onsite to assist. Nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COST. "
