"We were pleasantly surprised with z as room upgrade was offered to us when we arrived. Our room was a double queen when I booked it but none were available when we arrived . The manager was very pleasant and offered us an upgrade at no extra charge. The room was very nice and enjoyed the extra bathroom. The breakfast was very good too.
