"This is a great house and great property, big and private and the view is beautiful . Everything is very clean. We all loved the big mudroom in the entryway to drop our wet stuff. The fireplace inside was very cozy. The whole house is cozy. My only recommendation is to consider a queen/king bed in the basement as right now there are two twin beds and two bunk beds, which is great for kids, but not so great for adults/ couples. We will definitely book again."

It was in a great location to get to whiteface but also into Lake Placid.The house was exactly as shown if not better! Everything was beautifully decorated and cozy. The king bed and queen beds were really comfortable and none of the 4 kids said anything bad about their beds. The kids adventured on the river with some of the adults which was beautiful.
