Unfortunately the room never felt clean, they gave you one roll of toilet paper at a time and there were a variety of living creatures in my room from mice to lizards, ants and I believe the mattress had either fleas or bed bugs. "The hotel location is not easily visible from the street and one has to look out for the signage. It provides complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud Centre. It also runs the adjacent Japanese restaurant which serves breakfast to hotel guests in the morning. Food from the restaurant is good. One can also find a lot of dining options along the same stretch of road. We are impressed with the excellent services by the hotel staff who were very helpful and responded swiftly to our requests. "Was a very nice place to stay for relaxation. Unfortunately is quite far away from everything so is inconvenient if you are wanting to get out in the evenings "

"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."
