"I didn’t enjoy much staying at this guest house. The breakfast options and timings are very limited; they don’t provide much toiletries (the shampoo and hand wash are mixed with water) and I just had 1 towel for the entire stay; rooms are not clean on a daily basis, although someone entered the room everyday when I was out; we were tried to be fouled with a tour that we booked through the hotel (that was even more expensive that booking it through GetYouGuide for example). Not very good...

"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Great location in the center of UBUD, access majoy sites, shops and access to taxis. Pool was amazing after a long day in the sun. Surprised how quiet it was considering we were right off the main road. Great price, amazing breakfast and coffee."

" Great location between the monkey forest and the Palace. Walking distance to restaurants, trip operators, and next door to great bar with a lovely garden and live music. But very quiet at the hotel which was perfect. The hosts are so nice and the breakfast was great."

"Situated in the centre of Ubud, no end of shops, restaurants bars on the doorstep, but still a peaceful oasis to relax. I think only 8 apartments. Small but nice pool for cooling off. Staff are lovely, and breakfast(included) is fresh fruit and choice of eggs, tea and coffee. Great value for money."

"Very friendly helpful staff. The grounds and casitas are nice and the views of the lake and volcano are really nice. Of course, the flies are incessant in the morning. They seem to fade away in the afternoon and evening. The hotel is a short drive to the start of Mt Batur hike and you can hire a guide at this hotel. Highly recommend the hike. I have the four stars only because of the flies which isn't the fault of the hotel but if the nearby businesses can come up with a solution, that would be...
