"It was clean, the desk clerk was very professional and friendly. We were offered 2 bottles of water and provided an internet access code. One minor area for improvement would be to identify the web site. There were three for the hotel and I had to go through all three before finding the one that would let me connect. The towels and wash clothes are a little thin. "

"This hotel is really well located, just aside a Loblaws and a 1min walking from College Station (line 1). The staff is courteous, smiling, energetic & very professionnal. The room is small but the furnitures are well-adapted, the bed was large enough and comfy. The only sad thing was that windows were letting a small drift of cold air get inside the room, but after talking with the staff, they will take care of it as soon as possible.
