"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel...

"A pousada é estacular,no meio da mata atlântica,ótimo atendimento,ótimos chalés,o atendimento da pousada é ótimo, piscinas espetacular,toda infraestrutura muito bom. "

"Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago."

Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "
