Ótima localização, de frente para o Parque da Lajinha. Funcionários bem educados. Por outro lado, a rede Wifi mostra grande oscilação de velocidade. No meu quarto a mangueira da ducha higiênica precisava ser trocada. Dois problemas de fácil solução que não chegaram a impactar a avaliação geral.

Hotel precisa de mais atenção aos hóspedes
O Hotel tem uma estrutura razoável, com destaque positivo para o quarto com acessibilidade, porém, falta maior atenção aos hóspedes. Sou cadeirante e, em momento algum, desde a nossa chegada até o check out, ninguém se ofereceu para auxiliar minha esposa com malas ou mesmo para guardar a cadeira de rodas. Também tivemos uma experiência desagradável no jantar, quando nos foi servido um peixe com molho de camarão com arroz frio, sem cozimento correto e cheiro muito forte do peixe. O maitre foi atencioso e nem deixou que nos cobrassem pelo prato, contudo é necessário maior cuidado com os alimentos servidos. Outro ponto negativo é a iluminação dos corredores, bem fraca e com sensores que demoram a acionar. Por fim, durante a nossa estadia, houve música muito alta de um bar próximo ao hotel, perturbando o sono, sendo que a vedação do quarto não foi suficiente para abafar o som.
