"At first, my stay seemed perfect, the hotel had great amenities, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I found a cockroach in my room. It was quite unsettling and completely changed how I felt about the place. While everything else had been satisfactory, the cleanliness issue really impacted my overall stay and left me disappointed."

"Overall a good experience. The floors were not as clean as they should be, had to wipe my feet before getting in bed, and wipe my socks off before putting on shoes. Shower had an incorrect size curtain and ended up getting water all over the floor. Only had 2 towels for the entire stay (did not go to the front counter for another one, could have done that). Staff were friendly but the check in area looked like you were booking into a government facility, not a hotel. "
