"Beautiful house at a fantastic location. Fully renovated with very durable materials and appliances. Very clean house and a very good service of Island Realty Vacation Rentals. We will definitely come back again. It’s a quiet location, far away from the noisy party zones. We did long walks on the beautiful beach and enjoyed the sound of silence. "

"The house was good. The bedrooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. Kitchen had ample supplies. Short walk to the beach. We were looking forward to the pool and one of the reasons to selected this house. Unfortunately they had the heating control locked up and we could not use the pool. Managers pretty much said too bad it wasn't advertised as heated. There was no laundry detergent and we had to buy that along with limited toilet paper. Overall it was good. Pool was the main disappointment."

"This is a lovely, spacious home one block from the path to the beach (total 10 minute walk). Check-in staff were so pleasant and helpful and the welcome packet thing you need to settle in, plus instructions around the house for tv operation. Pool and pool area was just fabulous! You WILL hear the traffic on the road next to the pool but it’s on and off. We enjoyed our stay!"

In all of the places I stayed I’ve never had a property be set on 80 degrees when we arrived. It made the space feel stagnant and stuffy. It made for a terrible first impression. "The house was just what we needed during our COVID vacation. It was very spacious and accompanied our group well. I loved all the screened in porches especially the top deck. We loved how close we were to the beach. My only negative would be the house could have used a little TLC in some areas. It was very clean though."
