"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the downtown action. Nice staff. There were a lot of little things that kept me from giving 5 stars. Glasses in common areas would sit for MANY HOURS - overnight (bar drinks brought to 2nd fl balcony/lobby) would be there until 12n or later the next day. Saw staff walk by them. Ran out of caffeinated coffee for common area nespresso machine - FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY (4 days). Tightening up mgmt a little would make this place awesome."

The only downside is the expensive parking, and it was very hard to find parking at night in the parking deck because it’s shared with the public by the other businesses surrounding it. In my opinion parking should either be free for hotel guests or a set price for your stay to pay up front. "

I wish there could have been more hangers in the closet, a rack to place my luggage on, there wasn’t a dresser to unpack either. Overall, it was a quiet resort, close to everything, very clean and friendly staff. "
