"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was a great location to be close to Charleston without being in the city. And having tge shuttle to take you to Charleston and back was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and helpful at the hotel with the exception of the housekeepers, who were not friendly, however, they performed their jobs well. "The property and stay was fabulous. It was very clean, easy location to downtown and everything was walkable. The staff were all kind and courteous. Little baskets in the morning were cute. Only drawback was that there is a ton of foot traffic for the Watch restaurant, and there are so many visitors for the restaurant we often had to wait to get to our room and we had to go off property for drinks. It was impossible to just chill at the hotel and get drinks or a coffee. "

However I always have to spend time away from my vacation to address an error in my charges. And I mean every visit. This visit is no excpetion.
