"The grounds were beautiful and the beach was stunning!! The staff for the most part were wonderful, but the pool wait servers were not good at all. They didn't seem to actually want to work and make tips. We would ask for drinks and get completely ignored. That was really our only complaint. The bartenders were great though. Our kids loved the NA frozen drinks. Maybe a more broad menu for dinner would be good but not a deal breaker. Overall, we had a great time."

"Stayed 4 nights during sing out loud festivities. Easy parking right outside my door. The train did not bother me at all. The ice machine was not working but they did offer a tabletop model for the room. The staff is very generous :) The De Leon Columbian restaurant located in the hotel is excellent! "

"Actually a nice hotel , room was good and very clean ( super nice housekeeping,.BTW), facility is definitely appealing, only slight negative was front office. Not exactly unfriendly but not really welcoming either. Felt like you're disturbing someone to ask a favor. Would say this has definitely potential given the location, though. "

"Very comfortable, clean and spacious; exceptionally friendly staff (huge kudos to ladies servicing the in small bar and in housekeeping--outstanding! These ladies went out of their way). Only constructive comment to offer is regarding the shower faucet--move it closer to the door opening. Currently, to turn the water on, you have to get directly in front of the faucet, so you get blasted w/ COLD water until water warms. Great if you've been outside/on beach in 100 weather, but not so good...
