"We came to stay one night with two rooms for a family. This place is cute and the room was conveniently laid out. The pool is small but perfect for kids to play in. We had some questions when we arrived that were answered immediately. We would stay here again."

"Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location. "

"We were surprised at our room - this is a place we could live in. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the tidal slough, it's quiet, it has a nice kitchen, and is laid out well. The restaurant was nice and the staff friendly. We had 2 pools to choose from, and took advantage of them every day. The grounds were very pretty and well-maintained. It was easy to get in and out and conventient to stores and sights in Puntarenas."

"Villa Margerita is an amazing cozy place to stay. The owner and the staff are super nice and make you feel welcomed. We spent one night in transition from SJO to the Arenal but ai would have spent more days just relaxing in the area. Defintely a 5 star!"

"We stayed at the property for 1 night primarily because we heard good reviews of their zip lines over waterfalls and thought it would be more convenient. Ziplines were definitely the highlight and our family really enjoyed it. The route up was quite the adventure as it was steep and very very rocky. The tour not only included ziplining but a dip in one of the pools at the base of a water fall (no towels) and a rappel down a waterfall. At the time we went was dry season so the waterfalls were not...

"Clean and quiet, big room, older hotel but fairly well maintained. On the downside, hot water is solar, after dark no hot water, $5 per cup for morning coffee and only available Sat and Sun, “restaurant “ is very minimal in what and when they serve. No vending machines or ice machines. Nice beach is a very short walk."

"Our stay at Eden Atenas was short but lovely. The host was very helpful throughout the stay and especially in arranging easy private transportation from the airport. The included breakfast was delicious! We wish we could have stayed there longer."
