"This condo is exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful ocean view on a quiet end of the beach. With the casino close by, you have easy walking access (3 minutes) to a coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a fabulous view, a huge ocean front balcony and a super comfortable bed - you have found it!! "

"Had a great time staying here with my wife and our family.There was a small on site pool with a slide and some reduced common equipment ( pool, ping pong and two weight machines in the gym), 10 minute walk downhill to a beautiful beach that never got too busy and an amazing view."

"It's a new property so everything is shiny and new. There are enough beds in this to sleep 8 people, but I couldn't imagine having 8 people in this place. It's just not big enough, in opinion. The bottom bunk bed in the third bed room is VERY low. I would only recommend young kids as older kids or adults will definitely hit their head. Each room has their own AC system, which was nice since my 75-year-old father likes this much warmer than the rest of us. There are no screens on the windows if...

"This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday...

"In general our stay was very good. The weekends were very busy with people coming from San Jose for the weekend which forced us to do other activities until later in the day. The pool was nice except when it was busy on the weekends. A great location on Jacó as you were close to everything you needed, including car/golf cart rentals, groceries, bars and restaurants. Beach was literally minutes walk away. "
