"Excellent staff in the reception, very friendly and professional. Very clean rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Could do with just a couple more options at breakfast like fresh bread. Can't beat it's convenience - it's meters away from easyJet north terminal check-in and departures. Will definitely consider staying for future visits."

"Room was good, clean, comforting, and spacious. Breakfast was lovely though standard, would have loved the blueberry crossaint that I find in some ibis hotels. Had a dinner service there too, the options and my steak pie and service was amazing. Its located near the airport which equates to the price, was there for a business visit. The only thing might be helpful would be reducing the price for parking as the price is quite expensive (25£ per night). Understandbly its to compensate for the...

"4 star service at reception but poor service at breakfast ..nobody around..even went into the kitchen to find a staff member and waited 10 minutes to sit down.. so fed up we didn't bother to eat it on the end..hot breakfast looked cold.. need electric points moved as no room to plug sm extension lead on and no usb points .. receptionist apologised..shame as the rest of the stay was good and nice enough room for the price "

"Nice large rooms, good comfortable bed. Breakfast nice, staff friendly. Only downside, the hot water took forever to come through, water spurted out the shower head in all directions soaking the bathroom before falling off!"

"Short stay on a work trip. It is very relaxing and welcoming. Safari themed rooms add to the relaxing atmosphere. A place to visit with the kids and family. Ample free parking, the restaurants serve tasty meals. Mostly buffet breakfast however a few times it has been table d'hote. "
