I enjoyed my stay, but ultimately, I settled on a lower rating because of the hotel's popularity on social media and the unpleasant experience caused by other guests, particularly in the onsen. "The hotel was great! It was cheap, the rooms were clean, everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I’d say that I didn’t like was that the washing machines aren’t that good, and they take 2 hours. One was broken and you need 100 yen coins to do laundry. They didn’t have a machine to give you change either so you’d have to get change somewhere. When we got our clothes they weren’t fully dried but other then that the hotel was great "
