"Rooms are very small but the facilities makeup for that. You get breakfast included in the price which is a very good deal for the price. There is a Lawson right near the entrance for quick shopping. Kyoto station is a good 20 minutes walk."

"Hotel literally had a dedicated exit for metro to it, so that is a major plus. Main issue is the elevator as it has to stop at floor two before going to floor one which causes confusion and increased wait time. "

"We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for four of us. The sofa bed was essentially a real bed. Very comfortable key and clean . Very spacious with a little sitting area. Not much space for putting clothes away for four. Nicely located and easy walking to many places . Very safe. The style is a little old but it is so well kept it doesn’t matter. Lovely garden out the window of the lobby. Staff is very nice and helpful. Free bikes to borrow is a nice touch."
