"호텔 시설, 직원 친절도, 룸 컨디션 모두 흠잡을곳 없이 정말 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 아마 여기에서 묵을듯 합니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은.. 아마 특정국가 단체손님을 받는거 같은데 이분들이 떼로 몰려다니면서 복도에서도 로비에서도 사우나 내에서도 시끄럽게 떠들어대서 짜증이 날때가 있습니다. 이건 호텔측 잘못이 아니니 최고의 리뷰 납깁니다"

"Had an excellent stay at this Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The location is extremely convenient with multiple subway stations within a 10 min walk and the main Ginza shopping streets just around the corner. Hotel was clean and staff was nice; most didn't speak great English but they were very friendly and used handheld translators for more complicated requests. The rooms are small but that's pretty standard with Japan and easily manageable if you're strategic with your suitcases."

It is not a luxury hotel (or a place for lounging about/romance) but if you are mainly going out for the day and want to just relax at night, this hotel is incredibly comfortable, modern, clean and efficient with terrific value for money.
