"Great location to reach all the city centre. We only stayed one night to visit the Crucible theatre and Christmas market and this was a great spot to stay. We parked in the park and ride and got the tram to just outside the hotel. Staff were lovely, our room was comfortable but the window was faulty so we had to have a member of staff come force it shut. They did offer for us to move room if we wanted but it wasn't necessary. I would stay here again."

I was deligheted to speak with Jonathan a Manager in reception who listened to my positive feedback. A huge bonus for me was finding a Peloton bike in the workout room, I am informed that Hilton has an agreement with them (Peloton) across all Hotels. I will definately stay here again for either businesss or leisure, an amazing experience... Thank you "

"I stayed for a weekend and the place was fine for my needs - the cafe was good and staff friendly. The room was basic but clean and had everything I needed and wasn't noisy. The area outside is a bit rough but the hotel was fine and felt secure."
