"The hotel is located right next to the Sloterdijk train station, which is super convenient. It's 1 station away from the airport and Central Station. It takes us 5 minutes only to get to Central Station. The room is spacious. Breakfast is standard. After checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage, but it cost €6/luggage, so we brought it to another location near the central station. "

"Loved was quick check in i has mini 24 hour ship inside the hotel loved it will deffo book everytime I come back home to Amsterdam. This is my birth country but I moved to England when I was 2 and know I promised my self to come back twice a year and I will definitely only come back to this hotel "

"The room was clean. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the shower was super small and the water splashes outside into the bathroom area. However, several other hotels would probably be as small. "

"Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud! Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?"

"Excellent hotel if attending an event at the Ziggy Dome, which we were. Lots of choices at breakfast, something for everyone, the hotel met our expectations! "

"Love the moxy hotel, modern and quirky. Breakfast was not great if you went for the hot option, it wasn't hot. We ordered food from the bar one night too. Chicken salad and a burger. Didn't even know a salad could be bad by it it was! Go out and eat. Or check out the restaurant upstairs maybe. Rooms were always clean, pillows need relooking at. 1 pillow was not enough but 2 was breaking your next. Woke up with either back ache or neck ache all 3 mornings, our whole group did."

"We really liked the Avenue Hotel. It has very professional staff, was clean and the rooms were nice. It is in a fantastic location between Centraal Station and Dam Square. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops as well as public transportation in the, area. Would definitely stay there again. "
