"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "The people who work here are WONDERFUL. Sad that mgmt put them in this position. The facility is really in terrible shape, maintained in a patchwork, the grounds had snow boulders falling from roof and a treacherous entrance to reception. The worst arrival we've ever had; there was no shuttle service to the hotel. The roads were icy and there were no available taxis so we wandered around with gear and suitcases for 1 1/2 hours taking two nasty falls on the ice after a 12 hour trip to get there....
