"Hotel location is great and staff are trying to be nice. Hotel did not have ski locker as advertised (problem as we went with ski gear which had to freeze in the car overnight). Outside Onsen was closed (so forget that nice picture). Room was not cleaned every two days as supposed to be and towels were not refreshed.
