"It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time"

"The apartment is big, clean, comfortable and very cozy, it feels like home. The view of the mountain was exceptional Great location, close to train station, restaurants and supermarket. The owner Bob was super friendly, approachable and a great sense of humour. He was very helpful and gave us recommendations for the best ski resorts, restaurants and onsen. "Amazing little hotel, in a great area! We stayed during the fall, so there were far less people than during the snowy season. We brought our dog, and the hotel already had doggy supplies ready for us. Just behind the hotel is a field where the dog can run around freely. The location is just a few minutes to a bunch of interesting and beautiful things to do and see. Thank you so much for a memorable stay! "

"Great spot to stay! Only 10 min walk to the ski field and plenty of restaurants around. Staff were lovely and super helpful, even offering a shuttle to the grocery store and bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine, bonus! Would definitely stay again. "
