"Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appeared dated, could use some refreshing. There wasn't any utensils, cups and plates, or cooking items. No breakfast offered. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent value, if I am in the area again I would stay again."

"Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Some aspects were a little dated, i.e. no charging ports on bedside stands. Only real negative was the hallway carpets, which really need to be replaced. Badly stained and not pleasant."

"We truly enjoyed the charm of the Glidden house! The morning breakfast was exceptional and the check in staff were very helpful with questions about the area. They recommended walking to Little Italy for dinner and Mia Bella was amazing! Lots of places to walk to for food. We originally booked here bc it was ‘in walking distance’ of Cleveland Clinic. I do not recommend walking there. Much too far! Uber was so easy though! "

"We used this facility for Our Wedding guests. I was overjoyed with the staff and accommodations. Springhill Suites went above and beyond for my Wedding Weekend Extravaganza. I had add-ons at the last minute and they were so understanding. My guests had no complaints. We rented the hospitality room for the weekend for our guest to gather. The transportation to the Wedding venue was included as well. "
