"I am a repeat guest of the Gran hotel Europa. The hotel is clean. The staff are attentive to your needs. The hotel is located near Calle Conde - there are some excellent restaurants nearby. The rooftop breakfast is terrific and there is a panoramic view of Santo Domingo. The hotel is in the historic Zona Colonial and you can walk to several nearby attractions. "Its so convenient. Its too nice of a hotel to let rundown and not fixup or remodel. Freshen up the place with paint and repairs. Make both court yards look nice again. New courtyard furniture and umbrellas. Love the security. If they don't no how to fix it? Contact me an I will show you. J.Amos"

"Good accommodation in a pleasant neighborhood close to Boca Chica. Some people of the staff not always as nice as the lady of the breakfast and the reception guy. Some improvements could be done so it is a bit nicer to chill on the property:) but overall good stay and definitely recommended!!"
