"This apartment is perfectly located in the center of the action, but yet still maintains a quiet, peaceful tone. Nearby is everything you need, shopping malls, movies, supermarkets, and more. Very easy to get to and from the area without issue and the block is very quiet for being in such a key spot. The apartment itself was immaculate, has updated furnishings, and building staff very helpful. Definitely recommended for anyone that wants an enjoyable stay in the capital!"

The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced.
