"This was my first stay at a Dormy Inn, and I will certainly consider them again if there's one where I'm staying in Japan. The twin room was very spacious for the price. The onsen/bath on-site was always clean, though be conscious of the posted "busy times". Complimentary ice cream or yogurt was a nice plus. Staff at the desk were very helpful and were willing to use translate apps to navigate language barriers. Location is very close to Nagano Station and a convenience store. "

"Stayed three nights to ski the nearby resorts. Easy, and free, parking right in front of the hotel. The building itself seems new. Check in was quick. Very friendly lady at the counter. Nice onsen on the first floor. Very nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard, uncomfortably hard, and there didn't seem to be many restaurants around the hotel.
