"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. We did hear some noise from the street in the night, but that was the only minor issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay here."

"Basic but comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Extremely well located for E4 motorway. Restaurants and shops on the door step. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool. A room for a family of 5, a rarity! Very dog friendly, including the restaurant. "

"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

"Hotel in a good position and despite being close to a busy road there is no noise thanks to excellent double glazing. Very welcoming, comfortable bed in a room which was just big enough. Excellent choice for the Continental breakfast. Would happily stay again. "

"This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."

"Ideally located within this small village. Staff were very friendly and we were able to park a few hundred yards up the road. The restaurant was lovely and we had a great breakfast. We stayed in a suite/family room. It was clean and a great space, but very dated and could do wuth a refresh. Felt like it was in the 80s. But that said we had a good stay and would go back."

"We had a very comfortable stay here, with a clean and spacious room. The saunas are great along with a nice relaxation area. We dined in the hotel as the weather was bad outside with snow and ice. The wait for the food was a little long as we unfortunately arrived in the restaurant just after a couple of groups. However,. when it did come the food was very good. "Nice three star hotel in the city center. Walkable to all the sites. Comfortable rooms. Must walk up stairs. Normal German style breakfast included. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent food for dinner at the restaurant."

"What an amazing place, went a visited Spa-Francochamps and stayed here. Couldn’t have asked for a better 2 night stay. The decor is amazingly retro and well kept. Amazing price for the event we went to, will definitely stay here again."
