Our house is located in the middle of the forest town of Prüm. It was completely renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished.

We offer you a cozy, spacious and luxurious stay on more than 300 square meters of living space. The premises of the house are spread over 2 floors with an attached wellness area.

The wellness area offers a swimming pool, a spacious sauna and a winter garden on more than 100 square meters.

Here you can forget everyday life and relax in a cozy atmosphere.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an open sideboard to the dining room. This means that even large groups can cook together.

The spacious living room with open fireplace invites you to a cozy get-together.
The attached men's room offers the ideal place to play billiards and drink whiskey.

Fantastic house
Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!

Einfach toll
Wir haben uns das erste Mal mit Freunden eine "Villa" für ein Wochenende gemietet und für diese entschieden, weil sie mir empfohlen wurde. Wir hatten ein rundum tolles Wochenende dort, weswegen ich es zu 100% weiterempfehlen kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und alles war total unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar am Sonntag noch etwas später auschecken. Nur wenn man vorhat für eine große Gruppe zusammen zu kochen, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass die Töpfe und Pfannen nicht die neusten sind. Aber trotzdem reicht es aus und spllte kein Grund sein, sich für eine andere Unterkunft zu entscheiden.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende!Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war zuverlässig und schnell. Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben,sauber,großzügig und liebevoll gestaltet.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet,so dass man auch mit einer großen Gruppe gut Kochen und gemütlich essen kann.Der Spa Bereich ist großartig. Ein wenig enttäuscht waren wir von der Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße,aber die Gegend drumrum ist sehr schön,man kann toll wandern. Gerne wieder!!

Das Objekt war ein Traum! Wir haben hier ein paar unvergessliche Tage verbracht. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Von Anfang an waren Ivana und Axel hervorragende Gastgeber. Der Kontakt mit ihnen war stets freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Schon vor unserer Ankunft wurden wir bestens informiert und auf unsere Fragen wurde schnell und ausführlich geantwortet. Die Villa selbst ist ein wahres Juwel. Beim Betreten des Anwesens waren wir sofort von der luxuriösen Ausstattung und dem eleganten Design beeindruckt. Jedes Detail wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet, und man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und Komfort großer Wert gelegt wird. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet, die für eine erholsame Nachtruhe sorgen. Auch die Badezimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen – sie sind modern, groß und bieten allen Komfort, den man sich nur wünschen kann. Ein besonderes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war das fantastische Hallenbad. Hier konnten wir entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die super Sauna hat uns ebenfalls begeistert und bot uns eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten zu relaxen. Tolles Haus für eine große Familie
Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus 2 Nächte mit der Familie und Hund verbracht. Aufgrund der tollen Ausstattung (Pool, Sauna, Billard, großer Gasgrill, großes TV, etc.) kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Das Haus wurde uns ordenltich und sauber übergeben, der Checkin verlief reibungslos. Die Technik (Pool, Sauna, Küchengeräte, etc) ist hochwertig und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Het is een super huis, het was ook schoon, wat wij misten op slaapkamers was een kast waar je kleren kon ophangen en op de badkamers mogen wel wat meer plankjes of iets dergelijks om je toiletartikelen op te zetten en wij hebben de voorlaatste dag nog toiletpapier gekocht! De foto’s op de site zijn wel aantrekkelijker dan in werkelijkheid!

Wir ( 6 Frauen )verbrachten ein tolles Wochenende in dieser Villa, in der es uns an Nichts fehlte. Ganz besonders hat es uns der Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna angetan. Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ...ein Abend am Kamin oder eine Partie Billard, es ist quasi für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei :-) Wer mag kann die Umgebung wunderbar für Wanderungen nutzen, ansonsten ist Prüm selbst auch ein hübscher Ort !Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Hallo es waren 2 wunderbare Tage in dem Objekt! Für Familien super geeignet. Nur sollte der Pool mit einer Bedienungsanleitung ausgestattet werden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leider war die Gegenstromanlage außer Betrieb. ansonsten war alles perfekt und sauber. Für Hunde auch sehr gut geeignet.
