Had breakfast at the restaurant and the 1 person working did not pay attention to our order or what we were saying and kept bringing us the wrong stuff. There was only 3 people total in the restaurant at the time. Parking lot needs work, lots of holes. The beds were not very comfortable, my back is hurting quite a bit after this stay. "The bartender was so friendly and courteous. He handled our food and drink order. He knew alot of the customers by name and had everyone served promptly with a smile on his face even though he was extremely busy. We stayed there for a medical appointment. It was close to the hospital and clinics. The rooms were nice and clean. We will stay there again for sure!"

They came through with flying colors-even holding the shuttle for me at 5am when I had to take 5 minutes to return to our room to retrieve my new cowboy hat!"

Carpet had been replaced but not properly placed under baseboards. Horrible parking garage with only 1/3 of elevators working. No covered walkway from garage to hotel lobby."
