"We’ve been here a few times and it’s a little run down from before, you can see it in the room and the continental breakfast. There used to be a whole spread for breakfast but now it’s cereal, some toast and muffins. The very heated pool made up for all that. Would still stay here again just for the convenience of location. "

"This property was perfect for a 1 night stay in San Jose. It was a 15 minute walk from SAP center and 10 minute walk from some great restaurants in the San Pedro district. Some aspects of the room were slightly dated but you could tell a lot of renovations had been made. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was much better than expected! We had a quality breakfast before our train ride home. "

"Marco at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us an upgrade on New Year’s Eve so we can have a great view on the 12th floor. He also was very accommodating to our personal needs in terms of checkout times. Only little issue is that I was able to clearly hear conversations of room next door to us. This would be an issue if it kept us up all night but it didn’t. Just a little word of warning. Room was clean, shower was full blast and had everything we needed for our stay. Would come...
