There were sewage backups three of the five mornings we were in the home. We essentially couldn’t use toilets or showers half of the days of our stay. "We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again."

"Beautiful property and great management. Stayed here as an in between to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The property is impeccable and offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We had a minor billing issue early on that was quickly resolved without issue. The pools were all heated, complimentary golf cart to and from the beach, and close proximity to many beautiful coastal attractions. Planning to return for a summer trip!"

"Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home."

"This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay! There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for groups."

"We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. "

"The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests."

"It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night."
