"Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "

"Very quiet neighbors, clean apartment, everything in good working order. This spot is a very convenient location to get anywhere in Silicon Valley. The only downside was heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads but ... that's what makes it so convenient! "

"If you want a super convenient location close to downtown Capitola - this is your place. The location is perfect - we walked everywhere and had lots of good food options. Having parking for two cars was awesome. The place is spacious with a living room and kitchen that allowed us to hang out all together without feeling cramped. Would definitely come back! "
