"Shared bathrooms were cleaned daily and kept well stocked, showers were hot and the showerhead was strong. Sound proofing could have been better, lots of hallway noise and some sound through the walls from neighbouring rooms. Beds were comfortable enough but the room was small and had a strong smell that had to be aired out by opening the window daily. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good. Location was perfect, quick easy access to transit and main sights of Lisbon."

"The hotel was quirky which we liked. Beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds in the 4 bed room were great for teenagers as they offer some privacy from the rest of the room. The hotel is in a great area with loads of lovely places to eat plus it's an easy walk to the Time Out market. Roof top bar is fun and well used"

"I recently travelled to Lisbon with three friends. After a long night of travel, we arrived at the hotel before 8:00am. We were greeted by Filippe, who was absolutely delightful. Although the hotel was fully booked and our rooms were not ready yet, he helped us store our bags, and offered us a pastry while we freshened up before going out to do some sightseeing.
