"Looks like an older building but everything was clean and the amenities were good. The front staff were very friendly. The free welcome drink bar was a nice touch and 7-11 right next door if you need anything. Very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced."

"Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Service is wonderful and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of it all just down from Yokohama Station. Check-in was easy and I was in my room in less than 10 minutes after I walked through the door. Amenities are fabulous: they have everything you’d need besides your clothes. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m back in Yokohama this summer. "
