We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. "We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."
