"Extremely busy hotel which seems to cater to large foreign tourist groups. Check-in was somewhat challenging. There are machines to scan ones passports to check in. However, the machine wouldn't properly scan our passports. One of the staff directed me to the checkin desk, after which they directed me back to the machine to scan my passport, which again didn't work. So, they directed me back to the checkin desk and we did the procedure the "old fashioned"way. The hotel is clean, but not as clean...

"My husband and I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close by the station. Very easy to walk to and from when exploring during the day. The only small downside was that our room had a slight smell. However, the staff was amazing and kind. "

"The hotel is in a very convenient location with a few convenience stores, a grocery store next door, and walking distance from the train station. The staff we interacted with during our stay were very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfy. However, there is a smoking area right next to the entrance of the hotel. Although they have an automatic odor neutralizing spray, the smell may still be bothersome. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Osaka!"

"Great quirky hotel, we had a cinema room that was Amazing!! The staff were fabulous and incredibly helpful Slightly outside of the district with bars etc. but only a short cab ride so no issue 😊"

"The property itself is really nice, with a good breakfast buffet. You can also go next door to the prince hotel and enjoy some restaurants there, they do have a shuttle bus to USJ which is really amazing as well! Only down side is it’s quite far from Osaka city center but amazing if you want to stay away from the crowds! "
