"This is a smaller property, kept in pristine condition daily. It is on a beautiful beach and staffed by very friendly staff. Accommodations, location and staff were all amazing. The staff are awesome and happy to help with anything, such as a tuc tuc, or exursions. There are great restaurants that are easily walkable or water taxi to West Bay...

"Puerta Azul is a quaint boutique style hotel with private little cabins. They have a nice restaurant and provide breakfast every morning. Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. Location is quiet and away from the crowds of the West End. If you want to go anywhere, they provide transportation. The best part was snorkeling right off the dock. The reef was full of coral and fish. They also had free paddle boards and kayaks and you can rent snorkel equipment for $10 for the whole week....

"Staff were amazing! Rooms are quaint, small and simple. If you want 5 star this may not be a good option. The bar/restaurant is pretty cool. You can also walk to everything you need. Beds are comfy, shower has hot water, and again staff are top notch! The owners are wonderful and always helpimg staff and greeting guests. Amazing folks! The location is perfect. I will be back to Roatan and Splash Inn."
