"We stayed in the family penthouse which had plenty of space for our family of six. Note that there are no doors on bedrooms which I thought was odd for the back room where there is a doorway but no door. This made changing interesting but it was workable. Also, the stairs are windy and not super sturdy and the bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs so nighttime bathroom visits are challenging. "The hotel was very nice and clean and the rooms were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. While the breakfast buffet looked very impressive, the hot foods were mostly lukewarm. The waffles tasted like plastic and after trying one bite I threw it away. I noticed that there were very few people who were making them We had to wait on bowls and more food most every morning. However, it was very busy and I only saw one staff person from the kitchen. We will probably stay there again. "

"This is an amazing place to stay if you have kids! They have so many activities and things for kids, we went with a 2 and 11 year old and they both had so much fun with the activities and events. The room was perfect size for a family of four so we weren’t crowded. Great location! I can’t safe enough good things, the pool area is better than most water parks. We will absolutely return "

"We stayed here a few days before Christmas and really enjoyed our time at the hotel and surrounding areas. It is super convenient to The Island as well as the bike/walking path through Pigeon Forge. The lobby is nice and has a great smell. My favorite amenity is the free bike rental. You can hop right on the bike path. I would stay here again if rates are reasonable. The room is just a basic hotel room, but has a fun vibe.our son enjoyed the indoor pool and the workout room. "
