"This is an amazing place to stay if you have kids! They have so many activities and things for kids, we went with a 2 and 11 year old and they both had so much fun with the activities and events. The room was perfect size for a family of four so we weren’t crowded. Great location! I can’t safe enough good things, the pool area is better than most water parks. We will absolutely return "

"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff were super good and attentive to everything. The only detail is the noise between rooms and the upper floor, but since it came out early to visit town it isn’t bothered us. The hot water does not last long if there are many people in the rooms, for its cost we found it super good and my priority was cleanliness, so we can return."

Although the front desk gentleman who checked me in was cold and unwelcoming, the ladies in the breakfast area were warm and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a nice variety of food. Comfortable beds! We appreciate our stay and would definitely return. Thank you ! "

"Loved the way the room was laid out. Plenty of counter space to prepare snacks and food, with microwave above and refrigerator below. The sink was also in this area which was so convenient! There was a large indoor pool which was really warm, and the entire area around the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool, was warm as well. There were benches out back by the river, and a lighted fire pit to enjoy at night. We will definitely visit again!"
