"I have stayed here before, and I will certainly consider staying here again when I next visit Nagano-ken. The hotel is right next to the Nagano Station. I was able to park my rental car easily in the basement garage (1,000 yen per day). Check-in was quick. A guest can walk to many nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, I had a nice stay. Thanks!"

"Very friendly staff. It was easy to store our luggage for the day. Lots of little extras like toothbrushes, razors, and face cream. The breakfast was terrific. The room was super clean if a little older and worn, but I’d take clean over new any day. "

"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "One of the best place to experience outdoor onsen at 1800m up in the mountain. Not a lot to do outside winter season if you do not drive. The surrounding is beautiful and an hour drive away from the Snow Monkey Park."
