"This hotel is located near multiple train stations and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room was smaller than I wanted but it is the average size room for hotels in Tokyo. Staff are super nice and they provide free coffee and tea, and 1 bottle of water daily. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"This was our first time in Tokyo, and we picked this hotel based on its location and previous reviews. The room was small but this was expected and seems to be the norm. However, it was clean, with good amenities and a good bed. Mainly, the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. We would gladly stay there again. "

"Close to Ueno station. Arrived early day 1 so went and left our bags and then explored Ueno Park and the beautiful cherry blossoms. Very close to lots of food options and shopping too. Room was decently sized for Tokyo. Separate toilet room and shower room. Plenty of space for two suitcases and even a desk with chair. We found this to be just what we needed. Note though that the lifts were super slow. "

"The staff were wonderful, friendly and polite. I had an issue with the room I stayed in the first night. It was not the fault of the hotel but they found a solution for me. It would be nice to see a few healthy western breakfast choices, e.g., whole wheat bread and a healthy option breakfast cereal."
