"When we first arrived at this hotel, just coming off a long trip in New Zealand and Australia where hotels were more similar to what we were used to, I was a bit depressed by the overall size of the hotel and our room. But as we got used to things we felt more and more comfortable. The location of this hotel was very great - close to a number of train stations, close to the Ginza shopping places and to plenty of eating places and restaurants. The beds were small but adequate. Bed linen and towels were decent. Front desk services were attentive and good. There is a self laundry facility which was very desirable. There is a sitting/eating area at the front lobby which was convenient and well maintained. For a 3-star hotel we really did not expect luxury and were quite happy with it! "

"Quick and easy check in using the kiosks. Rooms are incredibly quiet for an airport hotel. Easy to access from T3. Perfect bed / very hard just how we like it. Rooms are a decent size for two with luggage. Great price point too. "
