"We loved our stay at the APA Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower. It was in a great location, the public bath was beautiful and extremely clean, and the rooms were clean. While the rooms were very small compared to hotels back in the US, there was room to store luggage under the bed, which we found to be extremely helpful. There was a 7-Eleven inside of the hotel, which was a huge plus. Additionally, they had multiple washers and dryers, which made doing laundry a breeze. When we come back to Osaka in the future, we will certainly consider this hotel to stay at again. "

"This was the best hotel in our Kyoto stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. The garden is beautiful. Well kept. The breakfast was the perfect way to start your day and had so many options including Japanese and non-Japanese foods. I loved it! "

"It was an excellent stay, the entire staff stood out, very polite and helpful, the only disappointment was the dining accommodations were not explained while checking in regarding reservations for the evening at the restaurant, we went to dine but the staff stated when needed a reservation, kind of odd but understandable, we did not dine."
