"Stay was very comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for anyone we spoke to. The Team there are a credit to the Hotel. Would recommend to Family and Friends and would definitely stay there again, if the situation ever arose. "

"Very friendly staff, from Duty Manager, reception, bar and waitresses, very clean tidy room, very comfortable bed. Good quality curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Ate in the restaurant which was good, plenty of choices for the inclusive breakfast. "

"Had a lovely day out at the nearby zoo and this hotel was very convenient to be able to stay close by and enjoy a mini break. The staff and service was brilliant and really friendly. The hotel is a little tired in places but the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay but it didn't affect our overall experience. Food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend "

"Overall a good stay - The night porter( manager) was excellent. Comfy bed.. Dissapointed by the breakfast - Cold plates! Hot food not that hot and scrambled eggs had gone green as left for too long. Coffee on side not individual pots, cold even when new lot made and cups too small, so kept having to get up for refill."
