"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."

"This was a great little property for our stay in Homosassa. My only issue was that the pool was not private, it was shared with another residence attached to it. I enjoy complete privacy when I travel and felt uncomfortable with the idea of lounging by the pool to relax. It was January, so I wouldn't have anyway, but had it been warm enough I would not have been comfortable enough to do so. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommened it. "

"Had no AC working and it was 81 degrees in the house. Talked to owners who were very helpful and sent over their maintenance man immediately. Unfortunately at no fault of theirs, it just wouldn’t work so had to go find another place to stay. It looked like a quiet area to stay. "

"It was in a great location for the family events attended in Homossasa and Crystal River. The accodations were nice and confirtable. "

"We loved staying here. They had all the basics and plenty of living space. It felt like home away from home. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus and it was nice to cook meals and relax after a long day. It also was close to all the things we wanted to see and do."

"My family and I had a wonderful time. We went to visit state parks and this was a great location to do so. The house is beautiful and fit are family of just fine. My granddaughters took the kayaks that they provided out a couple of times Would definitely recommend "

"The home was very clean, well stocked, and in a beautifully quiet neighborhood. It was 5 minutes from where we needed to be, so it was perfect for our stay. The GPS takes you to a different address (likely due to new construction), but they sent coordinates in advance to ensure the home was located easily. We have definitely saved this location for future trips. Would absolutely stay again. "
