Staff very friendly , breakfast good, they are doing renovations, so a little noisy, strip between rug and hardwood had duct tape on it and I of the towel holders in bathroom was broken. But I know they are redoing all the rooms. ,so assume it’s on the list to be fixed . I would stay there again, very convenient to everything we were going to.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. My bedspread was stained. There was duct tape on the floor covering the edge where the carpet and tile met. They were doing construction on our floor and it was very noisy and dusty. However, the man at the front desk was very nice when we checked in. And I like that tea and coffee were always available.

Stayed at this hotel during manatee season and I feel it's a little overpriced but there's really not much else for this value with breakfast in the area. The hotel staff was pleasant. This hotel is a non smoking hotel, but my room did smell like cigarettes and I did let management know, they were apologetic. Super convienient if you're coming for the night to swim with manatees. They do have good coffee and ny room was ready early for check in so those are a plus.

The rooms were so cozy and nice! Very clean and quiet. The location was so close to a lot of the local hotspots, including one of my favorite seafood restaurants. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Fantastic and professional customer centered focus at this hotel! My family and I had a great stay! From an easy and seamless check-in with Orlando at the concierge desk to friendly asistance when required by Hector at the pool, staff were always acaulable to help out!
