"Sandy beach, ocean view, and shopping access was awesome! Luau was great! Billfish restaurant had amazing food. Hotel breakfast buffet was ok, food was not hot. Wouldn’t do buffet again. "I was the first time on Hawaii. The hotel was clean with full kitchen, balcony and safe. Parking per car was free and food store right after you exit the hotel. Cona coast river has a lot of barbeque zones and couple of swimming pools. Almost everyday in the evening was live music near thr bar. Actually, you need to drive to the nearest beach, probably 5 min drive, I recommend magic sand beach parking which has free parking and a lot of sand in the shore."

"Stayed 10 days and overall very nice and enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very comfortable with everything you need. Seems to be more of a family spot.
